Christian Louboutin, born in Paris in 1963, is a high-heeled shoe designer. At the age of 16, he dropped out of school to work as an apprentice at Romans-sur-Isere, the French shoemaking industry centre, and later founded the same brand, Christie Ruberto.
Kristi Rubuto's mother raised him and his four sisters, and his father was a skilled carpenter. When he was 12 years old, he often skipped classes and went to some nightclubs in France to watch female models perform because he was attracted by the high heels they wore and used them as a spiritual motivation for him to become a designer of high heels. He said, "Those female models have a great influence on me. If you like high heels, that's the real thing." The first high-heeled shoes are all about legs, what to wear to walk and body decoration.
